This e-learning module is provided by Tayside Fife and Central Housing Options Hub. It was developed with the support of Scotland’s Housing Network.
This is the second e-learning module that the Hub has produced.
The module is designed to inform people who are taking on their first tenancy or moving home or anyone who has an interest in learning about basic issues relating to gaining and maintaining a tenancy.
By completing this module, you will learn some basic facts relating to what you need to do when you are: looking for a property, making an application, moving in and living in your home and how to be a good neighbour.

Tayside Fife and Central Housing Options Hub is made up of: Angus, Argyll and Bute, Clacks, Dundee, Fife, Perth and Kinross and Stirling councils. It receives funding from the Scottish Government to progress Housing Options approaches. Scotland’s Housing Network work with the Hub to support them achieve their annual workplan objectives.
