I can afford the rent charged for the property

I have found out and applied for the benefits that I am entitled to

I know about different sources of funds which would help me in the short term

I know how to pay my bills and that I need to pay them on time

The property I have been given is satisfactory for me to live in

My landlord has explained how they will carry out repairs

I know about different places where I can get help to decorate and furnish my new property

I know how to get my electricity/gas supply sorted

I know where to access local services (health, housing, social work)

I know how to keep my property in good condition and how to be a good neighbour
