TF and C Hub has been meeting since 2010. Angus, Argyll and Bute, Clackmannanshire, Dundee City, Fife, Perth and Kinross and Stirling Councils work together in TF and C Hub.
The Hub has developed a strong shared focus to take work forward. Through its action plan, the Hub has carried out service audits, looked at performance indicators, analysed training needs of staff and delivered stakeholders events. This supports developments in housing options practice improving the outcomes for people using the services.
The Hub has a website where people can find out what the Hub is doing. The website also contains a service directory of all the organisations that support the delivery of Housing Options in each area.
