The auditor finds:
- Customers can access offices in local neighbourhoods/different locations outwith the central office. The areas around the offices are maintained with dropped pavements and ramps for wheelchair users
- There are bus routes that are close to the offices
- There are grab rails inside and outside the offices or buildings
- The offices are pleasant spaces to be in with clear signage
- Although the space is quite small it has been arranged for people with mobility issues (lower desks, t-loop systems)
- Private interview space
