Services Provided Services provided: The Adult Basic Education (ABE) service in Fife provides free tuition for adults wanting to improve their basic skills in reading, writing, spelling, arithmetic, basic maths, grammar and punctuation. We have classes in local areas throughout Fife at times to suit. Each learner has an Individual Learning Plan and works at their own pace on their own plan.
