Fife Council and Housing Options

Fife Council provides a range of Housing Advice services either directly or through Partner Agencies. The aim of these services is to prevent people from becoming homeless by providing advice,assistance and support to help people find a realistic solution to their housing problem. This is done through a range of advice interviews. Fife Council Housing Case Workers deliver in-depth housing advice through Enhanced Housing Options Interviews which explore a range of options with the client. Other partners deliver crisis interviews (for those who require immediate assistance), Key Fund services to access the Private Rented Sector, short term housing support to assist with retaining settled accommodation.
